I’ve got a confession to make. I don’t consider myself a family photographer. WELL, not really anyway. In my mind I’m simply a storyteller. And what I really love more than anything is telling LOVE STORIES.
Don’t get me wrong…I love shooting families (and am looking forward to hearing from you)! Yet, here’s the truth…for the past few years while I’ve been trying to follow Marketing Rules 101 and establish my brand and not dilute my message (ya da ya da ya da) it just hasn’t felt right. It’s as if I’ve been hiding or ignoring this part of me that loves to capture so much more. The part that recognizes truth and passion, creativity and connection come in many forms. Families, couples, musicians, makers, bakers, a carefully laid detail….you know….LOVE STORIES.
So here I go…Meet Anna. The first time I walked in Anna’s home I knew I was in for a treat. The colors burst. Her creations were everywhere. LOVE was in the air. I had so much fun spending an afternoon with Anna while she worked on creating a quilt for her youngest son. Not a bad LOVE STORY to tell.
Anna is an artistic force! Not only does she create these amazing art quilts she’s a watercolor artist as well.
